Start on the east coast of England in the picturesque village of Robin Hood's Bay & a gentle spin to the fishing town of Whitby. Ride west from here acorss the Yorkshire Moors to the stunning Yorkshire Dales, tackle the Buttertubs Pass and marvel at the Ribblehead viaduct. Continue west to the Lake District, climb the notorious Hard Knott pass & celebrate our coast to coast adventure!

There will be craft beer in English pubs, afternoon tea in quintessential English tearooms, fish & chips by the north sea, a Sunday roast (with Yorkshire pudding!), the best tea in the world on tap and a whole lot of incredible riding.

On an Eat Sleep Cycle tour all you have to think about is enjoying your ride. Our trip support is second to none and we pride ourselves on a high staff-guest ratio. We take care of everything so you can savour the ride of a lifetime. This is a flexible itinerary offering riders the opportunity to extend or shorten the ride depending on their fitness level.
