Personal plans are tailored around your individual goals & circumstances to maximize your endurance & boost your cycling strength & power. Whether you have 5 hours a week or 15 hours a week to dedicate to training, this plan can really help make the most of your time on tour with Eat Sleep Cycle. 


5 weeks or 12 weeks?

Whilst great gains can be made in just 5 weeks, a 12 week plan could see you reach new levels of fitness & health. Perhaps you want to see significant gains prior to your Eat Sleep Cycle trip, or take advantage of renewed motivation & enthusiasm after your trip. This plan is completely tailored to work for your lifestyle, goals & time constraints. Whether you wish to drop some weight, improve your alpine climbing ability or just become fitter & healthier this plan can deliver a significant step-change. 


How does Eat Sleep Cycle coaching work? 

  1. Sign up by selecting your plan and hitting 'Book Now'
  2. Receive your welcome email & complete our initial coaching questionnaire - you'll get you select your preferred coach at this stage.
  3. Your personal plan is created & emailed to you - wherever possible your Coach will arrange a call with you to run through the detail & with follow up questions
  4. Complete weekly feedback online - your plan will be modified accordingly

Dave Smith

Dave has coached cyclists in all disciplines for more than 25 years. A former GB national and Olympic road coach, Dave has trained Tour de France stage winners, Olympic medalists, World Champions & National Champions. In addition, Dave has worked with dozens of regular cyclists, polo players and F1 drivers.
